The Enneagram is a system of nine personality types that combines spiritual wisdom
with modern psychology. Relationship problems can result from the fact that each person
in the relationship is predisposed by her/his type and assume the other sees the world in
the same way. Yet each type has unique blind spots, defenses, avoidances and styles
of growth and recovery. The Enneagram is a powerful tool for developing compassionate understanding of self and others. The workshop is based on Enneagram and recovery research completed by Jennifer Schneider, M.D. and Dr. Schaeffer. Brenda uses
the Enneagram directly with individuals wanting to maximize strengths and minimize
self defeating behaviors, couples having difficulty in their communication, and
those recovering from co-dependency, love addiction, and sex addiction.
